Well, this was fun, a call from my favourite Air-cooled VW magazine, HAYBURNER and I was off to Slambassador HQ in Skelmersdale to photograph this!

Den had often seen the 'shed' back in a field and eventually prised if from the farmers grasp and grafted it onto this bay. Denis' fabrication skills are amazing and the attention to detail is astonishing, Slambassadr HQ is also a pretty damn cool place for an automotive, editorial shoot!

It was fab to see the feature in Issue 33 and as Skem is near Warrington, we made it to IKEA for lunch !

Very much looking forward to seeing Den and Toni again soon for some work on my air-cooled project.......
